Revolut is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to play a critical role in delivering and scaling crypto products, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements across Europe and beyond. In this role, you will own key operational processes for crypto products, leading new initiatives from concept through execution across Engineering, Legal, Product, Risk, and Treasury. You will design scalable, resilient processes that meet compliance and regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions, and collaborate with internal and external partners including crypto issuers, blockchain providers, liquidity venues, and custodians. You will monitor and improve key performance metrics for crypto operations and product health, support new market launches and adapt crypto operations to jurisdictional requirements, research best practices in the market and recommend innovations for the roadmap, and partner with Product Managers to influence prioritisation and customer experience.

The ideal candidate brings four or more years of experience in operations, strategy, product, or consulting roles in high-growth or fast-paced environments, with a track record of owning projects end-to-end and driving measurable outcomes. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to operate in ambiguity, a data-driven mindset and comfort with tools such as Excel or SQL, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are all essential. A genuine interest in crypto and blockchain ecosystems including products, infrastructure, and regulatory landscape is required. Experience working on crypto, digital asset, or fintech products and exposure to regulated financial services or crypto environments are both meaningful advantages.
