The role oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, task allocation, and floor coverage, to ensure smooth operations and high productivity during all trading hours. Maintaining brand excellence is essential, as the supervisor ensures grooming, uniform, and behavioral standards are consistently upheld and that the store environment reflects the elegance and identity of the brand. The position manages visual merchandising execution in line with brand guidelines to enhance product presentation and customer engagement. Building strong relationships with VIP clients, handling customer complaints professionally, and ensuring effective service recovery are key responsibilities to protect brand loyalty. The supervisor actively uses clienteling and digital tools to track customer preferences, personalize service, and drive repeat business. Additionally, the role supports inventory management by assisting with stock control, audits, replenishment, and loss prevention while ensuring compliance with safety, security, and operational policies. Working closely with the Store Manager, the Store Supervisor contributes to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and overall store success.
