Job Description
Dishwashing: As a Steward at Nehal Hotel, your primary responsibility will be ensuring that all kitchen utensils, dishes, and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Sanitization Compliance: You will operate dishwashing machinery safely and adhere to hygiene standards established by the hotel to maintain a clean environment.
Trash Management: Collecting and disposing of kitchen waste in a hygienic manner will be your duty. Proper segregation and disposal methods must be followed as per regulations.
Cleaning Duties: Regularly cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and workstations is part of your daily routine. You are also responsible for restocking paper towels, soaps, and other sanitation materials.
Team Coordination: You’ll assist chefs and kitchen helpers during busy service hours by keeping a steady supply of clean plates and utensils available for meal preparation.
Work Under Pressure: A steward must work quickly and effectively during high-pressure meal times, ensuring that the kitchen remains functional and uncluttered.
