Job Description
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: As a Senior Commercial Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining long-term business relationships with corporate customers across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Your focus will be on providing tailored vehicle solutions that meet the logistical and operational needs of commercial clients.
Commercial Vehicle Sales Strategy: You will drive sales for JAC’s commercial vehicle lineup by understanding customer requirements, offering the most suitable models, and designing fleet packages. Your ability to plan, negotiate, and close high-value deals will play a key role in achieving sales targets and strengthening market presence.
Account Management and Retention: You will manage a portfolio of existing fleet clients, ensuring their satisfaction through regular communication, prompt service, and support. Building loyalty and repeat business through superior relationship management will be an important part of your success in this role.
Market Analysis and Business Development: You will conduct research to identify new business opportunities and potential sectors for growth. Staying informed about competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging trends will help you recommend strategic actions to improve sales performance and expand the company’s market share.
Coordination and Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with internal departments, including marketing, logistics, and aftersales, to ensure that all client requirements are met efficiently. Coordination with the finance team for credit approvals and payment processing will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor your sales activities, prepare detailed performance reports, and analyze KPIs to assess your progress. You will provide management with actionable insights and help refine strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
