Day Surgery Clinical Care – The Specialist will perform minimally invasive and one-day surgery procedures with precision while ensuring safety and comfort for all patients. This includes pre-operative planning, operative technique, and post-operative management that aligns with international urological and surgical best practices for day-case procedures.

Patient Safety and Follow-Up Commitment – The role involves ensuring every patient receives thorough follow-up care, from initial consultation through recovery. The candidate must be dedicated to monitoring patient progress, identifying complications early, and ensuring that all aspects of urological care meet the highest safety and quality benchmarks.

Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration – The Specialist will work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and allied medical staff to create seamless patient experiences.
