Job Overview: Profile Middle East LLC is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Control Engineer / Site Supervisor specializing in finishing, fit-out, and joinery works. You will monitor ongoing work, inspect materials, and ensure that construction and finishing activities are executed according to approved drawings and standards. Your expertise will ensure smooth coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and quality departments.

Quality Management and Inspections: You will conduct regular inspections of finishing, fit-out, and joinery works to identify any deviations or defects. By maintaining a proactive approach, you will ensure that all non-conformances are addressed promptly through corrective actions. You will also review and approve material submittals, method statements, and quality documentation in alignment with project requirements.

Technical Expertise: The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of finishing materials, joinery details, and interior standards. You should be well-versed in interpreting architectural drawings and understanding the intricacies of high-end finishing and fit-out work.
