Role Overview: TMG Head Office in Al Dokki is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with an Information Technology background. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized roles within the Information Technology industry.

Full Recruitment Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Specialized Industry Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of the Information Technology industry to effectively source and attract top talent.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.

Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive and professional candidate experience.   

Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels.

Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive talent landscapes within the Information Technology sector.

Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to provide insights and improve recruitment processes.
