Role Overview – Zada Developments we are expanding our team and seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our growing company in Sheikh Zayed. This position offers excellent earning potential through competitive salary plus high commission structure, ideal for sales professionals with proven track records who can achieve targets and build strong client relationships.
Client Management and Consultation – You will handle clients professionally, provide accurate property information, understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties, conduct detailed consultations, address client queries, and deliver exceptional service that builds trust and supports successful property transactions.
Property Tours and Presentations – You will conduct property tours for prospective clients, showcase property features and benefits, highlight unique selling points, present properties professionally, provide comprehensive information about locations and amenities, and create positive viewing experiences that facilitate buying decisions.
Lead Management and Follow-Up – You will follow up with leads promptly, maintain regular client communication, track prospect interactions, nurture potential buyers through the sales cycle, respond to inquiries quickly, maintain organized lead databases, and ensure no opportunities are missed through consistent follow-up practices.
Sales Closing and Deal Negotiation – You will negotiate property deals effectively, close sales transactions, achieve monthly sales targets, handle objections professionally, facilitate smooth transaction processes, coordinate with legal and administrative teams, and demonstrate strong closing abilities that convert prospects into satisfied customers.
Client Relationship Building – You will build and maintain strong client relationships, establish trust and credibility, provide post-sale support, generate referrals through excellent service, maintain long-term client connections, and create a network of satisfied customers who become repeat clients and brand advocates.
Market Knowledge and Updates – You will stay updated on property market trends, maintain knowledge of available inventory, understand competitive offerings, track pricing developments, monitor market conditions, and leverage market insights to provide informed recommendations and strengthen sales effectiveness.
Target Achievement – You will work towards achieving monthly sales targets, manage sales pipeline effectively, implement strategies to meet objectives, track personal performance metrics, demonstrate consistent results, and contribute to overall team and company revenue goals.
Requirements – Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills essential. Proven ability to achieve monthly targets consistently. Presentable and professional appearance. Excellent interpersonal abilities, persuasive communication, client-focused approach, self-motivated attitude, and commitment to sales excellence are required.
