Sales Excellence: You’ll be responsible for achieving personal and team sales targets, maintaining product presentation standards, and generating repeat business.
Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships through attentive service, professionalism, and after-sales support.
Product Knowledge: Keep yourself updated with the latest jewellery trends and materials to assist clients confidently.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Proactively introduce new collections, offers, and complementary pieces to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with store management to support events, promotions, and showroom activities.
