Role Overview – Azizi Developments, one of the UAE's leading real estate developers, is strengthening our Sales and Marketing team. We are seeking passionate and result-driven professionals for Senior Relationship Manager position. These opportunities are ideal for real estate professionals who can drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to our growing team.

Client Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, property investors, and real estate buyers by understanding their property requirements, providing personalized service, conducting regular follow-ups, addressing client concerns, offering property investment guidance, maintaining consistent communication, and developing long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Property Sales and Revenue Generation – You will drive property sales by presenting Azizi Developments' residential and commercial projects, explaining property features and investment opportunities, conducting property viewings and site visits, demonstrating project advantages, highlighting payment plans and offers, negotiating terms, closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets while maximizing revenue from assigned portfolio.

Lead Management and Conversion – You will manage sales leads effectively by qualifying prospects, prioritizing high-potential clients, nurturing leads through the sales funnel, conducting needs analysis, presenting suitable properties, overcoming objections, converting leads into sales, and maintaining high conversion rates through strategic relationship building and consultative selling.

Property Portfolio Expertise – You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of Azizi Developments' property portfolio including residential apartments, villas, commercial spaces, locations (Dubai Healthcare City, Al Furjan, MBR City, Studio City, etc.), project specifications, amenities, pricing, payment plans, handover timelines, and investment returns, enabling you to guide clients expertly.

Investment Advisory – You will provide property investment advisory services by analyzing client investment objectives, recommending suitable properties, explaining ROI potential, discussing rental yields, advising on payment structures, presenting market insights, and positioning Azizi properties as attractive investment opportunities in UAE real estate market.

Sales Process Management – You will manage complete sales cycle from initial contact to handover including client onboarding, documentation processing, sales agreement coordination, payment collection coordination, liaising with legal and finance teams, tracking transaction progress, ensuring smooth sales completion, and supporting post-sales services.
