Role Overview – Pure Health is hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist for a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced payroll professionals with strong UAE payroll expertise, end-to-end payroll processing capabilities, and the ability to manage complex payroll operations, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate, timely payroll services within a leading healthcare organization.

End-to-End Payroll Processing – You will manage end-to-end payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee data, calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions, processing payroll transactions, generating salary transfers, preparing payslips, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for all Pure Health employees.

Payroll Compliance and UAE Labor Law – You will ensure payroll compliance with UAE labor law by applying Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) regulations, calculating end-of-service gratuity, managing leave encashment, applying labor law provisions, and ensuring all payroll practices adhere to UAE employment legislation.

WPS (Wage Protection System) Management – You will manage WPS (Wage Protection System) compliance by preparing WPS files, uploading salary data to approved banks, coordinating WPS transfers, resolving WPS rejection issues, maintaining WPS compliance certificates, and ensuring adherence to UAE WPS requirements.

Payroll System and HRIS Management – You will manage payroll systems and HRIS by maintaining employee records, updating salary information, processing payroll adjustments, generating payroll reports, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and utilizing payroll software (SAP, Oracle, ADP, or similar) efficiently.

Attendance and Leave Management – You will manage attendance and leave data by collecting timesheet information, verifying attendance records, calculating leave balances, processing leave requests, managing leave accruals, and ensuring accurate reflection of attendance and leave in payroll calculations.

Tax and Deduction Management – You will manage payroll deductions and tax-related matters by processing pension contributions, health insurance deductions, loan repayments, advances, garnishments, and coordinating with finance on tax implications for expatriate employees when applicable.
