Comprehensive Role Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies for regional operations
Manage HR teams across UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain
Report directly to the Board of Directors
Lead talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
Oversee regional HR compliance and workforce management
Design and implement performance management systems
Support organizational growth and strategic human capital planning
Ensure consistent HR practices across multiple geographical locations
Conduct regular leadership and team development programs
Key Qualifications:
12-14 years total HR experience
4-5 years specific experience in UAE market
Mandatory experience in retail/luxury sector
Proven track record of leadership and team management
Strong strategic HR planning capabilities
Excellent cross-cultural communication skills
Technical Requirements:
Advanced degree in Human Resources or related field
Advanced HR certification preferred
Proficiency in HR management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills a plus
Professional Expectations:
Willingness to travel across UAE, Qatar, and Bahrain
Ability to manage diverse, multi-cultural teams

Monthly Salary: AED 28,000 - 30,000
