Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Lead to head our HR team and spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies that directly support our overarching business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in HR project management, fostering positive employee relations, and driving effective talent acquisition strategies.
Strategic HR Leadership and Implementation: You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that are closely aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization. This includes identifying key HR priorities and translating them into actionable plans that drive organizational success.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Excellence: You will manage the entire recruitment and selection process, employing innovative strategies to attract and secure top talent across various roles within the company. This involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Employee Onboarding and Development Programs: You will oversee the design and implementation of effective employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth and engaging integration for new hires. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and support professional development.
Management Support and HR Guidance: You will serve as a trusted advisor and provide expert support and guidance to management on a wide range of HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring consistent and fair application of HR practices across all departments.
HR Metrics and Performance Analysis: You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on key HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of existing HR policies and practices. This involves analyzing data to identify trends, measure the impact of HR initiatives, and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance HR performance.
Legal Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensuring full compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations within Saudi Arabia will be a critical aspect of your role. You will stay updated on legal requirements and implement necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance and mitigate potential risks.
