Job Description
Role Overview: LeedsCorp is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team at Smart Village. You will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for all levels within the organization, developing and implementing effective strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and manage the talent pipeline efficiently.
Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of new hires into the company, ensuring all necessary hiring documents are completed accurately and that new employees have a positive and informative onboarding experience.
Organizational Development Support: Support the development and implementation of employee engagement, retention, and development programs. This includes contributing to leadership development initiatives and team-building activities aimed at fostering a high-performance culture.
Performance Management Assistance: Assist in the execution of the performance management processes, providing coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related matters, and recommending appropriate interventions to enhance employee performance and development.
HR Reporting & Analytics: Analyze key HR data to identify trends and insights, prepare comprehensive reports for leadership, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of HR practices and strategies.
