In this role you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that align with the strategic goals of the organization. You will identify training needs across departments, coordinate and facilitate learning initiatives, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and ensure that all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to perform at their best. Your ability to engage diverse audiences, develop impactful content, and drive measurable learning outcomes will be central to your success in this position.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in training and development, ideally within the facilities management, hospitality, or service industry. Strong instructional design skills, excellent facilitation and presentation abilities, and a genuine passion for developing people and building high performing teams are essential qualities we are looking for. Proficiency in learning management systems and MS Office along with strong organizational and communication skills will set you apart as a candidate.
