Project Estimation: As a Senior Estimator (Joinery), you will be responsible for preparing detailed project cost estimates, analyzing drawings, specifications, and tender documents, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness in bids for large-scale joinery projects.

Material & Resource Planning: You will evaluate material requirements, assess resource allocation, and provide cost-effective solutions while ensuring quality standards are met. Your expertise will help optimize procurement and minimize wastage.

Client Coordination: The role requires close collaboration with clients, consultants, and contractors. You will attend meetings, clarify project details, and provide technical input to ensure client requirements are fully addressed in estimates.

Team Collaboration: Working with design, production, and site teams, you will provide estimation support, highlight risks, and ensure project budgets align with financial and operational goals. Strong teamwork and leadership skills are vital.

Reporting & Documentation: You will prepare detailed estimation reports, maintain records of costs, track project changes, and update databases to ensure full transparency and traceability across projects.

Market Analysis: The Senior Estimator will keep track of current market trends, supplier pricing, and competitor strategies. This knowledge will be used to provide the most competitive pricing strategies for the company.
