Cost Monitoring: The Senior Cost Control Engineer will oversee cost tracking and reporting for precast construction projects. This includes reviewing budgets, identifying cost deviations, and providing recommendations for corrective actions.

Financial Reporting: The role requires preparing detailed financial reports, cost summaries, and variance analysis. Reports will be shared with project management and finance teams to ensure transparency and accountability.

Project Coordination: The Senior Cost Control Engineer will collaborate with project managers, procurement teams, and site engineers to ensure accurate cost data and effective resource allocation. Strong coordination skills are critical for seamless project execution.

Precast Knowledge: Candidates must have practical experience in precast construction, including materials, production processes, and site installation techniques. This knowledge ensures precise cost estimation and project planning.

Budget Compliance: Monitoring project budgets, controlling expenditures, and implementing cost-saving measures are key responsibilities. The engineer ensures projects remain financially viable and aligned with company objectives.
