Role Overview: ABC Consultants is partnering with a client for a Team Buildout in Human Capital Consulting and is seeking experienced consulting professionals for Senior Consultant roles based in Mumbai, Gurgaon, or Bangalore. These positions will focus on delivering impactful HR consulting services to clients within the Pharmaceutical sector or General Industry.

Project Delivery and Client Interaction: You will play a key role in the delivery of human capital consulting projects for pharma or general industry clients, working closely with project managers and client stakeholders.

HR Strategy and Transformation Support: You will contribute your expertise to the development and implementation of HR strategies and support HR transformation initiatives for clients in the pharma or general industry.

Rewards and Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Support: You will assist in the design and implementation of rewards programs and compensation & benefits structures tailored to the specific needs of pharma or general industry organizations.

Job Evaluation and PMS Design Support: You will contribute to job evaluation processes and the design and implementation of Performance Management Systems (PMS).

Research and Analysis: You will conduct research and analysis to support project deliverables and provide insights to the consulting team and clients.

Client Communication: You will be involved in client communication and presentations.

Industry Expertise: You will apply your understanding of the Pharmaceutical sector or General Industry to contribute to relevant and impactful consulting solutions.
