Role Overview – NGI UAE is seeking a Senior Officer for Broker Relations to join our team at our Head Office in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who can manage broker relationships, coordinate insurance operations, support broker networks, and drive business growth through effective broker partnership management.

Broker Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, serve as the primary point of contact for broker partners, address broker inquiries and concerns, facilitate smooth communication, coordinate meetings and visits, ensure broker satisfaction, and strengthen collaborative partnerships that support mutual business growth.

Broker Network Coordination – You will manage broker network activities, coordinate with multiple broker partners, facilitate policy placements, support underwriting processes, ensure timely quotation delivery, coordinate claims support, track broker performance, and maintain organized broker databases that enable efficient relationship management.

Product and Services Support – You will provide brokers with comprehensive information about insurance products and services, explain coverage details, support product presentations, coordinate training sessions for broker teams, share updates on new offerings, and ensure brokers are well-informed to effectively represent NGI's insurance solutions.

Business Development Support – You will support business development initiatives through broker channels, identify growth opportunities, facilitate broker engagement in campaigns and promotions, coordinate market activities, support broker incentive programs, and contribute to achieving business targets through effective broker collaboration.

Documentation and Compliance – You will manage broker documentation including agreements, renewals, commission structures, and regulatory paperwork. You will ensure compliance with insurance regulations, maintain accurate broker records, coordinate broker registration processes, and support audit requirements related to broker operations.

Communication and Coordination – You will facilitate effective communication between brokers and internal teams including underwriting, claims, and operations departments. You will coordinate policy issuance, handle service requests, resolve operational issues, and ensure seamless collaboration that delivers excellent service to brokers and their clients.

Reporting and Analysis – You will prepare broker performance reports, track business volumes from broker channels, analyze broker productivity, monitor market trends, provide management with insights on broker operations, and support data-driven decision-making for broker relationship strategies.

Requirements – Proven experience in broker relations, insurance operations, or business development within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance products, broker management, and UAE insurance market. Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, and coordination skills essential. Understanding of insurance regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office required.
