Role Overview – ECO Facility Management L.L.C is hiring a Senior Accountant Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for experienced accounting leaders with strong financial expertise, facility management industry knowledge, and the ability to manage accounting teams effectively, oversee accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain financial accuracy, provide financial analysis, and support organizational financial strategy within a dynamic facility management business environment.

Accounting Team Leadership and Management – You will lead and manage the accounting team by assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring accountability for accounting objectives. You will conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, support professional development, and maintain high team standards. You will build team capability and foster collaborative working environment supporting accounting excellence.

Financial Statement Preparation and Reporting – You will oversee preparation of comprehensive financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS standards and UAE regulatory requirements. You will ensure statements are accurate, complete, and prepared within required timeframes for management review, stakeholder reporting, and regulatory submission with appropriate disclosures.
