About the Role

Gargash Hospital is hiring a Senior Accountant in Dubai who can own the numbers that keep a healthcare facility running. You'll manage financial operations, ensure every transaction is recorded correctly, prepare reports that leadership trusts, and make sure the hospital stays compliant while delivering world-class patient care.

Own Day-to-Day Accounting Operations

You'll handle the core accounting work – general ledger management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries. This isn't just data entry. You're the person who makes sure every dirham is tracked, every invoice is processed, and the books are always accurate and audit-ready.

Manage Healthcare-Specific Financial Transactions

Healthcare accounting has its own flavor. You'll process patient billing and insurance claims, coordinate with insurance companies on reimbursements, manage deferred revenue from treatment packages, handle deposits and advance payments, track pharmacy and medical supply costs, and navigate the unique financial flows that hospitals deal with daily.

Prepare Monthly Financial Statements

You'll close the books each month, prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Leadership needs these to understand how the hospital is performing financially – and they need them to be accurate, timely, and clear. That's on you.
