Role Overview – Global IT Solutions Inc. is hiring an experienced SAP Project Manager with specialized expertise in SAP Ariba to lead enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) transformation projects on a long-term contract basis. This is a full-time, remote position based in the USA, ideal for seasoned professionals with 10+ years of IT experience and at least 5 years of hands-on SAP Ariba implementation experience working with US clients.

SAP Ariba Implementation & Leadership – You will lead and manage end-to-end SAP Ariba implementation projects for enterprise clients, overseeing the deployment of comprehensive P2P solutions. Your responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and ensuring successful delivery of Ariba modules including Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) management.

Enterprise P2P Transformation – You will drive enterprise-wide Procure-to-Pay transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders to understand procurement processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practices. You'll be responsible for ensuring seamless integration between SAP Ariba solutions and existing enterprise systems to optimize procurement workflows and deliver measurable business value.

SAP Integration Management – You will oversee and manage the integration of SAP Ariba with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, ensuring smooth data flow, system connectivity, and process alignment across the procurement landscape. Your technical understanding of SAP architecture and integration points will be crucial for delivering robust, scalable solutions that meet enterprise requirements.

Experience Required – A minimum of 10+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of dedicated SAP Ariba implementation and project management experience is mandatory. You must have a proven track record of successfully leading multiple SAP Ariba projects from initiation through go-live and support, with demonstrable experience working with US-based enterprise clients on large-scale P2P transformation initiatives.

SAP Ariba Module Expertise – Deep expertise in SAP Ariba modules is essential, specifically in Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP). You should have hands-on experience configuring these modules, understanding their interdependencies, and implementing them according to business requirements while adhering to SAP best practices and industry standards.

Technical & Integration Skills – Strong knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA integration with SAP Ariba is required. You must understand integration technologies, master data management, system connectivity, and be capable of coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful system integrations. Excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and the capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions are essential for this role.
