The role demands a seasoned professional who brings 3-5 years of proven experience specifically within UAE banking sales. This position requires not only individual sales excellence but also demonstrated leadership capabilities to inspire and guide team members toward achieving and exceeding their targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, monitoring team performance, and ensuring consistent growth in the retail banking portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include setting and tracking sales targets, providing hands-on coaching to team members, maintaining strong relationships with banking partners, and implementing best practices to optimize team performance.
