Al Ahlia Beverages Company, the authorized bottler and distributor of Coca-Cola in the UAE, is looking for a dynamic and results driven Sales Supervisor to join our high performing sales team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced FMCG sales professional who is ready to take on a leadership role within one of the most recognized and trusted beverage brands in the world.

In this role you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales executives, conducting regular market visits and route rides, and ensuring that all volume, distribution, and coverage targets are consistently met on a monthly and quarterly basis. You will play a central role in strengthening on ground execution with both existing and new customers, ensuring proper use and placement of cold drink equipment, and maximizing brand visibility across your assigned territory in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will bring 4 to 5 years of proven FMCG or soft drinks sales experience, ideally in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Strong people management skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a deep understanding of the UAE beverage or FMCG market are essential requirements for this role. A track record of achieving sales targets, motivating teams, and driving execution excellence on the ground will set you apart as a candidate.
