We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead and develop our sales operations across the Northern Emirates region. This role presents an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to make a significant impact in driving business growth and managing key client relationships in the FMCG sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, and achieving targeted revenue goals. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring effective territory coverage while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
We require candidates with 7-10 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry, demonstrating a strong track record of sales achievement and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of the Northern Emirates market, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of distribution channels. Experience in managing and developing sales teams is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
