Role Overview – Talents Hub is hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for ambitious sales and marketing professionals with strong business development expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth effectively, execute marketing campaigns, build client relationships, generate leads, and contribute to organizational expansion within a dynamic recruitment and talent solutions organization.

Lead Generation and Business Development – You will generate leads by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and developing sales opportunities. You will build prospect pipelines, qualify opportunities, and support sales progression. You will develop robust lead generation strategies supporting sales targets and revenue growth. You should maintain active lead generation and follow-up activities.

Sales Pipeline Management and Forecasting – You will manage sales pipelines by tracking opportunities, monitoring deal progression, and forecasting revenue. You will update pipeline information, identify bottlenecks, and support timely deal closure. You should maintain organized, healthy pipelines supporting sales forecasting and performance tracking.

Client Relationship Building and Management – You will build strong client relationships by understanding client needs, providing excellent service, and maintaining regular contact. You will develop client trust, support client success, and identify additional business opportunities. You should be relationship-focused and client-centric in all interactions.

Digital Marketing Campaign Development – You will develop digital marketing campaigns by planning campaigns, creating content, and coordinating execution across digital channels. You will leverage digital marketing tools, optimize campaign performance, and measure effectiveness. You should understand digital marketing best practices and online advertising.
