Role Overview: Our client in Dubai is seeking a motivated and technically proficient Sales & Marketing Engineer specializing in Inside Sales. This role requires a candidate with a strong understanding of instrumentation products and a proven track record in building customer relationships and driving sales within the pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurement sectors. Candidates with sales experience outside of instrumentation are not preferred.

Driving Inside Sales of Instrumentation Products: You will be responsible for actively driving sales of our client's instrumentation products (pressure, temperature, level, and flow) through inside sales activities, engaging with potential and existing customers remotely.

Developing and Maintaining Customer Relationships: A key aspect of this role involves building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions based on our instrumentation product portfolio.

Providing Technical Product Knowledge and Support: You will leverage your strong knowledge of technical products and services to effectively communicate the features and benefits of our instrumentation offerings to customers, providing technical support and guidance as required.

Understanding Customer Requirements and Offering Solutions: You will actively listen to and understand customer requirements, identifying their specific needs and recommending the most suitable instrumentation products and solutions to meet their applications.

Preparing and Delivering Sales Presentations: You will prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations (primarily remotely) to effectively showcase the value proposition of our instrumentation products.

Achieving Sales Targets and Contributing to Growth: You will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the instrumentation business through proactive sales efforts and effective customer engagement.

Collaborating with Sales and Marketing Teams: You will collaborate closely with the broader sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to the development of effective sales and marketing campaigns.
