Job Description

Role Overview – Mealis Group is hiring a Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced sales leaders with strong team management capabilities, proven revenue generation track record, and the ability to lead sales teams, drive business development, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence within competitive business environments.

Sales Leadership and Team Management – You will lead and manage sales teams by recruiting, training, and developing sales representatives and executives, setting team objectives and individual targets, providing coaching and mentorship, conducting performance reviews, motivating team members, managing team dynamics, and building high-performing sales teams that consistently achieve revenue goals.

Revenue Generation and Target Achievement – You will drive revenue generation and achieve targets by setting ambitious yet realistic sales targets, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, monitoring sales performance against targets, implementing corrective actions when needed, forecasting sales accurately, managing sales budgets, and consistently delivering or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.

Business Development and Client Acquisition – You will lead business development and client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and markets, developing prospecting strategies, targeting high-value clients and accounts, leading new business pitches and presentations, negotiating deals and contracts, closing major accounts, and expanding customer base through strategic business development initiatives.

Sales Strategy and Planning – You will develop sales strategies and plans by analyzing market trends and competitive landscapes, defining sales objectives aligned with business goals, creating go-to-market strategies, developing account acquisition plans, planning territory coverage, setting pricing strategies, and implementing comprehensive sales plans that drive market penetration and growth.

Key Account Management and Relationship Building – You will manage key accounts and build relationships by maintaining relationships with major clients, serving as escalation point for key account issues, developing account growth strategies, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction and retention, and maximizing customer lifetime value through strategic account management.

Sales Pipeline and Opportunity Management – You will manage sales pipeline and opportunities by building and maintaining robust sales pipelines, tracking opportunities through sales stages, qualifying leads and prospects, prioritizing high-value opportunities, managing pipeline velocity, ensuring pipeline health, and converting opportunities into closed deals efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management – You will manage customer relationships by ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, addressing client concerns and escalations, maintaining regular client communication, building long-term partnerships, gathering customer feedback, implementing service improvements, and fostering customer loyalty and advocacy.

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence – You will conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence by monitoring market trends and developments, analyzing competitor activities and positioning, identifying market opportunities and threats, tracking industry changes, gathering market insights, and providing strategic recommendations based on market intelligence.
