Sales Strategy Development
Develop comprehensive sales strategies by analyzing market opportunities, identifying target segments, setting sales objectives, defining channel strategies, creating action plans, and establishing initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Sales Team Leadership
Lead sales team by recruiting talent, providing direction, setting targets, monitoring performance, coaching team members, conducting sales meetings, and building a motivated, high-performing sales force that consistently achieves objectives.
Revenue Growth and Target Achievement
Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets, maximizing deal values, expanding customer base, identifying upsell opportunities, penetrating new markets, and consistently delivering sales results that meet or exceed organizational goals.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and manage customer relationships by engaging with key accounts, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and developing long-term partnerships that drive recurring business.
Market Development and Expansion
Develop and expand markets by identifying new business opportunities, entering new territories, establishing distribution networks, building dealer/distributor relationships, and growing Alokozay's market presence across regions.
Distribution Channel Management
Manage distribution channels by working with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and other partners, ensuring product availability, optimizing channel performance, resolving conflicts, and maximizing sales through effective channel strategies.
Sales Planning and Forecasting
Conduct sales planning and forecasting by analyzing historical data, predicting market trends, setting realistic targets, allocating resources, planning promotional activities, and ensuring sales operations align with business projections.
Promotional Campaign Execution
Execute promotional campaigns by coordinating with marketing, planning in-store activities, managing trade promotions, launching product initiatives, and driving campaigns that increase brand visibility and stimulate sales.
Performance Monitoring and Analytics
Monitor sales performance by tracking KPIs, analyzing sales data, measuring team productivity, identifying trends, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and using insights to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
Budget and Resource Management
Manage sales budgets and resources by controlling expenses, allocating funds effectively, tracking spending, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring sales operations deliver maximum ROI within budget constraints.
Competitor Analysis and Market Intelligence
Conduct competitor analysis and gather market intelligence by monitoring competitive activities, tracking pricing strategies, identifying market shifts, understanding industry trends, and using insights to maintain competitive advantage.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and other departments to ensure sales alignment with business objectives, support product launches, resolve operational issues, and drive integrated business growth.
Sales Leadership Experience
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role with demonstrated success leading sales teams, achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in FMCG or consumer goods industries.
