Job Overview: The Sales Manager – Real Estate (Off-Plan Sales) will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, building client portfolios, and driving revenue growth through premium real estate projects. The role requires proven experience in handling off-plan property sales within Dubai’s competitive market.
Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will actively manage client relationships, oversee sales pipelines, negotiate deals, and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also includes creating customized sales strategies aligned with business goals to maximize market share in the real estate industry.
Business Development: The Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities by networking with investors, property seekers, and real estate agents. In addition, the candidate will leverage marketing campaigns, property events, and digital platforms to attract and retain prospective buyers.
Market Expertise: A deep understanding of Dubai’s real estate sector, particularly the off-plan property market, is essential. The Sales Manager will be expected to track emerging trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights to optimize pricing, marketing, and sales strategies.
Leadership Role: This role requires mentoring junior sales executives, ensuring they are guided with the right tools and training to perform effectively. The Sales Manager will also work closely with senior management to align operational execution with organizational vision.
Client Relations: Maintaining strong professional relationships with high-net-worth clients and investors will be a critical aspect. The role demands the ability to understand client requirements, address concerns promptly, and build long-term trust through personalized service.
