Position Overview: As a Sales Executive at Venture Point LLC, you will play a key role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our service portfolio across accounting, auditing, VAT, corporate tax, and business setup sectors. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong understanding of UAE’s business environment.

Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing leads, and securing new business opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and networking. Your focus will be on converting prospects into long-term clients through professional relationship management.

Sales Strategy Development: You will create and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the UAE market. This includes approaching business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors who are seeking professional support in accounting, auditing, or company formation services.

Target Achievement: You will set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, ensuring consistent revenue generation and client onboarding. Your ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet deadlines will be essential in achieving business targets.

Relationship Management: You will build strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized service packages. Maintaining client satisfaction and ensuring repeat business will be a major part of your role.

Cross-Department Coordination: You will collaborate with the operations, finance, and compliance teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to service delivery. Effective communication and coordination will help maintain a seamless client experience.

Networking & Brand Promotion: You will represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and business forums to promote our brand and services. Your presence and professional approach will contribute to expanding our market visibility and credibility.

Market Insight & Reporting: You will continuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations that can shape the company’s sales and marketing strategies for sustained growth.
