Role Overview – Al Khalidya Group is hiring a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. This position is ideal for accomplished sales professionals with strong client relationship expertise, business development knowledge, and the ability to drive sales growth effectively, build client relationships, achieve targets, close deals, and contribute to organizational success within a dynamic business organization.
Sales Target Achievement – You will achieve sales targets by developing strategies, identifying opportunities, pursuing leads, and closing deals. You will work toward established sales objectives and drive revenue growth. You should focus on target attainment.
Client Relationship Development – You will build client relationships by understanding needs, providing solutions, maintaining contact, and supporting satisfaction. You will develop strong partnerships supporting repeat business. You should build relationships strategically.
Sales Prospecting and Lead Generation – You will prospect for new business by identifying opportunities, researching prospects, and generating qualified leads. You will build sales pipelines and support business development. You should identify growth opportunities.
Client Needs Analysis – You will analyze client needs by conducting discovery, understanding requirements, and identifying solutions. You will develop customized approaches addressing client challenges. You should understand client needs comprehensively.
Product and Service Knowledge – You will develop comprehensive product knowledge by learning offerings, understanding features, and appreciating value propositions. You will speak knowledgeably about products and services. You should master product knowledge.
Solution Development and Presentation – You will develop solutions by creating proposals, presenting offerings, and addressing client concerns. You will present compelling value propositions. You should develop effective sales presentations.
Sales Negotiation – You will negotiate with clients by discussing terms, addressing objections, and reaching agreement. You will balance client needs with company objectives. You should negotiate effectively.
Deal Closure – You will close deals by finalizing agreements, coordinating contracts, and enabling transactions. You will convert opportunities to sales. You should close sales successfully.
