Role Overview – Abreco Freight is hiring Sales Executives for full-time, on-site positions based in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for motivated sales professionals with strong business development skills, freight forwarding knowledge, and the ability to generate leads, acquire clients, sell logistics services, and drive revenue growth within Dubai's competitive freight forwarding and logistics market.

Sales and Business Development – You will drive sales and business development by identifying new business opportunities in freight and logistics markets, prospecting potential clients (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, retailers), developing lead generation strategies, conducting market research, targeting high-value accounts, building sales pipelines, pursuing new business opportunities, and expanding customer base through proactive sales and business development activities.

Client Acquisition and Lead Generation – You will acquire clients and generate leads by conducting cold calls and outreach to businesses, networking and building professional contacts in trade and logistics sectors, attending industry events and exhibitions, leveraging referrals and introductions, utilizing LinkedIn and social media for prospecting, qualifying leads and opportunities, converting prospects into freight customers, and consistently building qualified sales pipeline.

Freight Services Sales – You will sell freight services by marketing air freight, sea freight, land transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and logistics solutions, understanding client shipping needs and requirements, presenting service offerings and solutions, explaining freight options and pricing, demonstrating value propositions, preparing competitive quotations, and closing freight forwarding and logistics contracts.
