Role Overview

Gava Erixmar Forwarding LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market. The Sales Executive will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and strengthening long-term partnerships within the logistics and forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector. You will actively generate leads, conduct client meetings, present service offerings, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully. Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients will be essential, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. You will prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports while coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs will also be part of your responsibilities to help refine sales strategies and achieve company revenue goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates should have proven experience in sales, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and knowledge of the UAE market will be considered an advantage. A valid UAE driving license may be beneficial depending on client meeting requirements.
