Role Overview – NeoPay is expanding its Sales Team and hiring talented and passionate Sales professionals for Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. This position is open to sales professionals with 1+ years of experience (preferably in corporate service provider, SME Banking, Credit Card Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Banking, or Fintech sectors) as well as freshers with strong communication skills who hold a minimum Bachelor's degree and possess a valid driving license.

Client Acquisition and Business Development – You will identify and acquire new clients for NeoPay's payment solutions and fintech services by prospecting businesses, conducting outreach, presenting product offerings, demonstrating value propositions, and converting prospects into active customers. Your client acquisition efforts drive revenue growth and market expansion across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations – You will conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, explaining NeoPay's solutions, addressing business needs, highlighting benefits, differentiating from competitors, and persuading decision-makers to choose NeoPay as their payment services provider.

Relationship Management – You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients including SMEs, corporate clients, merchants, and business owners. Effective relationship management involves understanding client needs, providing ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for account growth and additional service adoption.

Experience Requirement – Sales professionals with 1+ years of experience are welcomed, preferably with background in corporate service provider roles, SME Banking, Credit Card Sales, Merchant Acquiring, Banking, or Fintech sectors. Relevant industry experience helps you understand client needs and sell payment solutions effectively.

Driving License Mandatory – A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for this role. You will need to travel across Dubai and Abu Dhabi to meet clients, conduct presentations, and cover your assigned territory, making independent transportation essential.

Educational Background – A minimum Bachelor's degree is required. Your educational foundation provides the professional credibility and analytical capabilities valued in sales roles serving business clients.

Communication Skills – Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with business clients, presenting solutions persuasively, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and representing NeoPay professionally in the market.

Sales Skills – Sales skills including prospecting, needs assessment, presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing are important for converting prospects and achieving revenue targets in a competitive fintech market.

Self-Motivation – High self-motivation and drive are crucial for success in field sales. You should be proactive, persistent, resilient, comfortable with rejection, and motivated to achieve ambitious targets through your own efforts.
