Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Sales Executive to join our Alfa Romeo team in Abu Dhabi (Yas Island). This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about premium European cars and eager to build lasting relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, providing personalized consultations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities: As a Sales Executive, your duties will include managing customer inquiries, presenting Alfa Romeo vehicles in detail, conducting test drives, negotiating sales agreements, and ensuring seamless delivery of purchased vehicles. You will also be expected to maintain strong follow-up communication with clients, achieve monthly sales targets, and contribute to marketing activities, events, and showroom promotions.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with European or luxury brands. You should demonstrate strong closing skills, a customer-first mindset, and a deep passion for cars. Immediate joiners are preferred; however, qualified overseas candidates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Excellent presentation skills, product knowledge, and the ability to connect with high-profile clients are critical for success.

Work Environment: You will be part of a professional and performance-driven showroom team based at Yas Island. The environment is competitive yet supportive, with a strong focus on achieving results while delivering premium customer service. You will collaborate closely with sales managers, marketing teams, and customer service representatives to maximize client satisfaction and overall business growth.

A valid UAE driving license is required, along with the flexibility to work showroom hours and attend weekend or evening events when necessary. Candidates should be self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to meet sales KPIs consistently.
