Product Presentation and Demonstration ✦ The position involves presenting products with technical clarity during customer meetings and site visits. Clear explanations, demonstrations, and follow-up reporting ensure customers fully understand product value and capabilities.
Lead Generation and Market Development ✦ This role actively generates quality leads and sales prospects within the assigned territory. The Sales Engineer identifies opportunities, builds pipelines, and expands market presence through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Customer Requirement Management ✦ The position requires maintaining a proactive approach throughout the sales cycle by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Continuous engagement ensures customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Negotiation and Deal Closure ✦ This role handles commercial discussions, negotiates terms and conditions, and closes sales agreements confidently. The Sales Engineer ensures deals align with company policies while meeting customer expectations.
Order Processing and Reporting ✦ The role involves updating customer order details in CRM or ERP systems, monitoring deliveries, coordinating payments, and ensuring smooth handover. Regular daily, weekly, and monthly reports support transparency and performance tracking.
