A leading industrial and manufacturing operation in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Safety Officer who understands that compliance is not just about paperwork—it is about people. This is a role for someone who knows that every policy, every inspection, and every report is ultimately about making sure everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring that safety standards are not just met, but embedded in every part of the operation. That means conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards before they become incidents, and ensuring full compliance with Abu Dhabi's regulatory requirements. You will be the person the team turns to for guidance on safety protocols, and you will take that responsibility seriously. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate safety records, preparing reports for regulatory bodies, and ensuring that all safety equipment and procedures are up to date. This is a role that requires both technical knowledge and the ability to communicate clearly and firmly when safety is at stake.

The ideal candidate brings specific experience in manufacturing and industrial projects. You know the unique risks that come with industrial environments and have a proven track record of managing them effectively. Experience with Abu Dhabi regulatory reporting is mandatory—you already know the systems, the forms, and the expectations. Relevant industrial HSE or safety experience is non-negotiable because this is not a role where on-the-job learning is an option.

You will be based on-site in Abu Dhabi, which means being present where the work happens. This is not a desk job. It is a role for someone who is comfortable walking the floor, inspecting the equipment, and engaging with the team directly.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of AED 5,500–6,500, commensurate with experience. You will be joining an organization that takes safety seriously and values the professionals who make it a priority.
