Job Description
Role Overview: Golden Tulip Sharjah is urgently seeking an experienced Revenue Executive to join their team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in Revenue Management within 4-star and 5-star hotel properties. You will be responsible for maximizing hotel revenue through strategic pricing, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
Revenue Maximization: Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and achieve hotel targets.
Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to recommend and implement effective pricing strategies across all channels.
Inventory Management: Manage room inventory effectively to maximize occupancy and revenue opportunities.
Demand Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts to support pricing and inventory decisions.
Channel Management: Optimize distribution channels to ensure rate parity and maximize revenue from each channel.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), RevPAR (Revenue Per Available Room), and market share, identifying areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare regular revenue management reports and provide insights to the management team.
Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of competitor performance and pricing strategies.
System Proficiency: Utilize revenue management systems, PMS (Property Management Systems), and other relevant tools effectively.
Immediate Start: The hotel is looking for someone to join the team as soon as possible.
