Role Overview

Alabbar Enterprises is hiring a Restaurant Supervisor in Dubai, UAE. This position is ideal for experienced hospitality professionals with proven restaurant supervisory experience, strong leadership and customer service skills, operational expertise, and the ability to oversee restaurant operations, manage teams, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high service standards in a dynamic F&B environment.

Restaurant Operations Supervision

Supervise restaurant operations by overseeing daily service, monitoring front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, ensuring smooth workflows, maintaining operational standards, addressing issues promptly, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to all guests.

Team Leadership and Management

Lead and manage restaurant team by assigning duties to servers, hosts, and support staff, providing direction during service periods, monitoring performance, offering coaching and feedback, and ensuring team members deliver excellent service consistently.

Customer Service Excellence

Ensure outstanding customer service by greeting guests, monitoring table service quality, handling customer requests and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit, and creating positive experiences that encourage repeat business.

Service Quality Control

Maintain high service quality by monitoring table settings, checking food presentation before serving, verifying order accuracy, ensuring proper service techniques, addressing service gaps immediately, and upholding brand standards consistently.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop staff by onboarding new team members, demonstrating proper service procedures, sharing menu knowledge, teaching upselling techniques, providing ongoing coaching, and building a skilled team capable of delivering excellent service.
