Role Overview

Position Summary – Gatsby Dubai is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team and help lead our high-energy dinner-show concept. We're looking for someone hands-on, people-driven, and passionate about delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Restaurant Operations – You will oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth service delivery during our dinner-show experiences. Managing front-of-house staff, coordinating with kitchen and entertainment teams, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their visit.

Team Leadership – Leading and motivating the restaurant team to deliver consistently high standards of service. Hands-on management approach, working alongside staff during peak hours, and setting the example for service excellence and professional behavior.

Guest Experience – Ensuring outstanding guest experiences from reservation to departure. Handling guest feedback, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Staff Management – Recruiting, training, and developing restaurant staff. Creating work schedules, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a positive team culture that supports employee growth and retention.

Quality Control – Maintaining high standards of food quality, service delivery, and venue presentation. Conducting regular inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and upholding brand standards.

Financial Management – Managing restaurant budgets, controlling costs, maximizing revenue, and achieving financial targets. Monitoring inventory, reducing waste, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

Experience Required – Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in high-volume, upscale dining establishments. Experience with dinner-show concepts or entertainment venues is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of hospitality operations in Dubai market.
