Advanced Respiratory Care Support – This role requires a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist who can provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services for patients requiring pulmonary function testing and sleep study evaluations. The therapist should possess strong clinical judgment and the ability to perform respiratory assessments with precision, ensuring accuracy in all diagnostic outputs.

Pulmonary Function Testing Expertise – The therapist will be responsible for conducting a wide range of PFT procedures including spirometry, lung volume measurement, diffusion capacity testing, and bronchodilator responsiveness assessments. This requires exceptional technical skill, a steady approach, and the ability to assist physicians in interpreting the results for accurate treatment planning.

Polysomnography and Sleep Study Care – The role includes performing PSG sleep studies, monitoring patients during overnight sessions, analyzing respiratory patterns, and generating detailed reports. The therapist must demonstrate strong observational skills, understanding of sleep-related breathing disorders, and the capability to maintain high-quality data throughout each study.

Patient-Centered Clinical Interaction – The therapist will work closely with patients, explaining procedures clearly, ensuring comfort, and addressing any concerns before and during testing. Compassion, patience, and professionalism are essential to creating an optimal environment for accurate diagnostic evaluations.

Collaboration With Multidisciplinary Teams – The therapist will coordinate with pulmonologists, physicians, nurses, and sleep medicine specialists to ensure seamless patient care. Strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration are required to maintain smooth workflow and accurate record sharing across departments.
