Patient Care Excellence: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality and compassionate patient care, ensuring all clinical procedures are performed following medical standards, maintaining patient comfort, and promoting a safe and supportive healing environment throughout every stage of treatment.

Clinical Assessment Responsibilities: This role requires conducting thorough patient assessments, monitoring symptoms, recording vital signs, administering medications as prescribed, and updating the care plan in collaboration with physicians to support accurate diagnosis and effective treatment interventions.

Treatment & Procedure Assistance: The RN will assist with specialized procedures, prepare patients for examinations, manage wound care, perform injections, support emergency responses, and ensure that all clinical tasks are carried out with precision, accuracy, and strict adherence to healthcare protocols.

Patient Education & Family Guidance: The Registered Nurse will provide clear guidance to patients and families regarding treatment plans, medication usage, post-discharge instructions, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident about the care process.

Clinical Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records is essential, including updating charts, documenting symptoms, noting treatment responses, and ensuring information is recorded promptly to support seamless communication within the medical team.

Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration: This role requires active coordination with doctors, therapists, technicians, and other nursing staff to create synchronized and well-structured care plans that improve patient outcomes, promote teamwork, and strengthen the hospital’s overall service quality.
