We are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Virtual Assistant to join the growing remote team at Remote Talent. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruitment professional who is passionate about connecting great talent with the right opportunities and is ready to take full ownership of sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management in a fast paced and dynamic remote environment.
In this role you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across various platforms, managing job postings, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and supporting the recruitment team with day to day hiring activities across multiple client accounts. You will serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders alike, ensuring that all recruitment processes are executed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard at all times. Experience in trades industry recruitment is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage in this role.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role with a strong command of sourcing strategies, candidate screening techniques, and stakeholder management. Hands on experience recruiting within the trades industry is highly preferred. You should be highly organized, a confident communicator, and someone who takes genuine pride in delivering quality candidates and a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates. The ability to work independently, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and thrive in a remote environment are essential qualities we are looking for.
