We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Officer to join ADCP, based in Abu Dhabi City. This full-time position (Monday to Friday) offers a competitive salary range of AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month plus benefits. The ideal candidate must be a UAE resident with 3-5 years of experience in both agency and corporate recruitment, particularly in the Real Estate and Facilities Management sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS), and building a strong pipeline of potential candidates through various sourcing channels.

The role requires exceptional skills in conducting reference checks, providing guidance during the interview process, ensuring positive candidate experiences, and monitoring recruitment metrics. The Recruitment Officer will also need to stay current with industry trends and best practices while coordinating closely with the HR team for smooth onboarding processes.

Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of recruitment experience. The position demands strong proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, robust organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of UAE employment laws and regulations.
