Talent Acquisition Specialist: Hire Hub International HR Consulting is seeking a skilled Recruiter to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various industries.
Candidate Sourcing and Attraction: The Recruiter will utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media, and networking.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: The role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Client Relationship Management: The Recruiter will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing timely updates.
Agency Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of agency recruitment experience is required, demonstrating familiarity with the fast-paced and results-driven environment.
Industry Knowledge: The Recruiter will develop a strong understanding of various industries to effectively source and assess candidates.
Immediate Availability: Preference will be given to immediate joiners, indicating a need for someone who can start work promptly.
