Role Overview: We are urgently hiring a friendly and professional Receptionist / Guest Relations Officer to join our team located in the Sheraton Hotel Building on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience, and ensuring efficient communication and administrative support.
Greet Visitors: Greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, creating a positive first impression.
Guest Direction: Direct guests to the appropriate persons or departments, ensuring they reach their destination efficiently.
Phone Management: Answer phones professionally, screen calls, and route them to the correct personnel.
Reception Area Management: Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Mail and Delivery Handling: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, sorting and distributing them accordingly.
Clerical Assistance: Perform clerical assistance tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times, representing the company positively.
Location: This position is located in the Sheraton Hotel Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
