Imtiaz Developments is looking for a professional and personable Receptionist to join its team in Dubai. As one of the UAE's leading luxury real estate developers with a growing portfolio of over 40 active projects across Dubai Islands, Jumeirah Village Circle, Meydan, and Dubailand, Imtiaz offers a dynamic, fast-paced, and design-led environment where first impressions matter and professionalism sets the tone. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, welcoming them with professionalism and directing them appropriately. You will manage front desk operations, handle inbound calls, coordinate visitor logistics, and support the wider team with basic administrative tasks as needed. Maintaining an organised, presentable, and welcoming reception area will be central to your daily responsibilities, and your ability to communicate clearly and calmly in all interactions will reflect directly on the Imtiaz brand.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, both spoken and written, and brings strong communication and interpersonal skills to every interaction. You are well-presented, well-mannered, and understand the importance of professionalism at a front desk level. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with basic administrative tasks are expected, along with the ability to manage calls, visitors, and front desk operations independently and confidently.
