Madinath Group is hiring for a Receptionist to join their team in Dubai and serve as the welcoming first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This is a customer-facing role that requires a professional, well-presented, and organised individual who can manage front desk responsibilities with warmth, efficiency, and a positive attitude. In this role, you will manage the front desk, greet and direct visitors, answer and route incoming calls, handle correspondence, and provide general administrative support to the team. You will coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings, maintain visitor logs, and ensure the reception area remains presentable and welcoming at all times. You will also liaise with various departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient handling of day-to-day front office activities.

The ideal candidate presents professionally, communicates clearly in English, and brings a warm and courteous manner to every interaction. Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred, along with good computer proficiency and organisational skills. Additional language skills, particularly Arabic, will be considered an advantage given the multicultural nature of the UAE work environment.
