Job Description

Role Overview – AL Safadi Group is hiring a Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. This position is ideal for organized professionals with strong customer service expertise, business operations knowledge, and the ability to provide excellent reception support effectively, manage client interactions, coordinate activities, maintain professionalism, and contribute to positive organizational image within a dynamic business organization.

Front Reception and Greeting – You will manage reception by greeting visitors professionally, welcoming clients, and creating positive first impressions. You will represent organization professionally and warmly. You should provide excellent front desk service consistently.

Visitor Check-In and Registration – You will process visitor check-in by registering visitors, organizing information, maintaining records, and supporting administrative flow. You will ensure accurate visitor registration and smooth intake. You should manage visitor check-in efficiently.

Visitor Management and Coordination – You will manage visitors by greeting appropriately, directing to appropriate departments, maintaining logs, and supporting professional protocols. You will maintain professional visitor experience and organization. You should manage visitor relations professionally.

Appointment Scheduling and Coordination – You will schedule appointments by coordinating with clients, managing schedules, confirming bookings, and supporting timely service. You will maintain appointment accuracy and organization. You should manage scheduling effectively.

Appointment Reminder Follow-Up – You will coordinate appointment reminders by contacting clients, confirming attendance, and supporting schedule adherence. You will help reduce no-shows and maintain schedule efficiency. You should manage reminder processes.
